Reflecting on our group project, "Echoes of a New Dawn," I feel both accomplished and contemplative. Despite the inherent challenge of being the smallest group in the course, our team's synergy was our greatest asset. This project wasn't just an academic task; it was a journey into envisioning a transformed Canada in the year 2099, post-World War III. Our collaboration was instrumental in bringing this vision to life.
Our bi-weekly Zoom meetings were pivotal in maintaining coherence and momentum. Each member brought unique insights and perspectives, essential for a project as ambitious as this. Being a smaller group, the weight of responsibility was greater on each of us, but this also meant our contributions were more significant and impactful.

My specific role involved developing the plot of our world build. I focused on creating a narrative that would not only fit into the meticulously crafted setting of a future Canada but also resonate with the themes of technology, society, and education. This was a challenging task, considering the complexity and depth required to convincingly portray a society deeply intertwined with AI and technological advancements.
The setting of our project, a Canada rebuilt with the help of AI post-World War III, set the stage for exploring several critical themes. My contribution to the plot involved the intertwining lives of two characters, Ava Sinclair, a biomechanically enhanced journalist, and Elijah Tremblay, an innovative AI programmer.
