Finally! Since the market crash of 2094 it has been so hard to get a job, I have been struggling for so long but I finally got my lucky break! Just got hired as a custodian at the University of Toronto, and I just finished my second week on the job. I know that my haters will make fun of me for cleaning up after a bunch of kids, but from here I have nowhere to go but up!. If I keep at this job for a few years and really save every penny, I could maybe get one of those new 60-year mortgages and finally start my own family after all this time, I know that a lot of you reading these posts are in the same boat as me, but maybe things are starting to change! | Finally! One thing that really bothers me about my job though, apart from my annoying boss, are the students | One thing that really bothers me about my job though, apart from my annoying boss, are the students.I know that Neurovance makes all of these kids a whole lot smarter than me, but the way they act just give me the creeps. I see them staring off into space sometimes, or reading their books and screens like it's the most important thing in the world. I feel like I am working in a building full of animatronics that are just waiting to switch on and do something crazy, I am sure I will get used to it eventually though, I guess that working with studious maniacs is better than working with regular maniacs, at least. | ||
