My garage door in Aurora IL started making this awful grinding noise last Tuesday, and I had no idea where to start. A local repair service came out the same day, found a worn-out roller and a misaligned track, and had it opening smooth and quiet in under two hours. Now I can actually pull in without holding my breath.
